Whole Home Remodels, Planned as One Job
Coordinated renovation across the whole house, managed as one project with one schedule.
Most whole home jobs are houses from the 60s through the 90s that need everything at once: kitchen, baths, wiring, plumbing, insulation, layout. Done room by room over five years, that's five separate construction projects. Done as one planned remodel, it's one schedule and one number, and the systems get fixed while the walls are already open.
Planning it as one project
We walk the whole house with you, figure out what has to change and what can stay, and build one itemized budget and one sequence. That is what keeps a whole home remodel from turning into a year of surprises. You see what each room and each system costs before anything starts.
Systems while the walls are open
Electrical service and wiring, plumbing, insulation, HVAC and any structural changes all happen once, at the right point in the sequence, and get inspected before the walls close. Doing this in a whole home remodel is far cheaper than opening finished walls later for each one.
Sequencing and living through it
Rough work first, then kitchens and baths, then flooring, trim and paint. Where it's possible we phase the work so part of the house stays livable. The schedule runs months, not weeks, and it's written down before we start.

What customers say

Read all reviews“I was thoroughly impressed with how much care and effort they took in planning, measuring, cutting and fitting each piece of lumber. They showed up when scheduled and always cleaned up after each workday. I felt I was charged a fair price for the projects (I obtained estimates from multiple contractors). When I'm ready to redo my kitchen and another bathroom, Daka Renovations will be my first call.”
“Very professional. Fantastic work. Very reasonable price. Cleaned up every day. Best experience I have had with a contractor in some time.”
“When the job was done, I listed the house and it sold in one day for full asking price. Thanks so much!”
Questions
Questions about whole-home remodels
How is a whole home remodel priced?
Room by room and system by system, on one itemized quote. You can see what the kitchen costs versus the wiring versus the bathrooms, and adjust scope before work starts.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Sometimes, depending on scope. If the kitchen and every bathroom are being redone at once, it is hard. We talk through phasing options at the estimate and put the plan in writing.
How long does it take?
Months. The exact number depends on scope and permit review. The sequence and schedule are part of the quote.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes, for every phase: structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical. We schedule the inspections too.
What if we find problems once walls are open?
We show you, explain the options, and price it before touching it. Old houses have surprises; the itemized quote makes it clear what changed and why.
